Brian Jennings
Chief Operating Officer
Brian Jennings is Deputy Chief with the Oklahoma City Police Department, commanding the Special Operations Bureau. Over a 35-year career with Oklahoma City Police Department, including nearly eight years as Deputy Chief, he has led Patrol, Special Events, Police–Community Relations, Training, and Bricktown units. Brian also serves as volunteer State Director for the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Oklahoma and has been the department’s liaison to the Oklahoma City Police Foundation, helping lead its creation in 2022. He will retire in July 2026 to become Chief Operating Officer of Brave United.
Mindy Freymiller
Chairman
Mindy Freymiller is Chair of Brave United and the Oklahoma City Police Foundation. She spent 27 years as Vice President and Board Secretary/Treasurer at Freymiller, Inc., helping grow the company into the industry’s top 1% of carriers. After founding the Butterfly Kisses Charitable Foundation to support vulnerable children and women, she spent time with OKCPD’s vice operations to learn how human trafficking and child exploitation affected her community. That experience deepened her commitment to frontline support and led her to co‑found the OKC Police Foundation in 2022 and launch Brave United in January 2026.
